Batumi Sea Port and Hotel
Batumi today is one of the main port cities of Georgia. It is located on the eastern coast of the Black Sea and An important role in the region as a commercial center. Black Sea and the mist-covered Caucasus mountains surrounding the port town.
My design scheme of the sea port is sited in the same area as the old one. I decided to use the same place, because the site was suitable for the port not only for its location but also for the water depth and the deep water bed. i divided territory into 3 parts to arrange better waterway (navigable) traffic. In whole the project consists of the main port (for international trips), the secondary port (for domestic trips), and the yacht- club with the hotel.
The sea port for international trips and the hotel are placed side by side and they are connected to each other by a bridge. The sea port for domestic trips is arranged on the other side, because it doesn't need the hotel and tourists are out of the touch with another side. Batumi is a small town that's why it doesn't need a lot of harbors. Because of it i made one small and two mooring harbors and also put out the place for yachts.
